FiveStones Creative Team have developed a new Interscroller format that works for Mobile Web in Display & Video 360. The format works on Google Ad Manager Inventory, within the DV360 environment.

The Google Publisher Tag gives us the ability to fix the video background relative to the iframes top position on the advertisers page. FiveStones have worked out a way to access this position data in real time and have developed custom code inside a Google Web Designer template so that Interscroller Ads can be made by simply changing the video URL.
